Our client, a highly regarded firm, are seeking a junior solicitor to join their esteemed Private Client team in Bath. Known for handling high-profile cases often featured in national media, this team is consistently recognised in both Chambers and the Legal 500. This role will see the successful candidate support senior fee earners, manage their own caseload, and develop professionally within a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Casework Support: Assist senior team members with delegated tasks, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Caseload Management: Independently manage files under senior supervision, building legal expertise and autonomy.
- Client Relations: Develop client relationships by managing expectations and delivering high-quality service.
- Business Development & Marketing: Participate in business development and marketing activities to support the team’s growth.
Qualifications and Attributes:
- Qualified Solicitor: 1-5 years PQE, ideally with experience in contested wills and probate.
- Professional Certifications: ACTAPS accreditation or a strong interest in working toward this certification is desirable.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Client Management: Skilled in client engagement, with a commitment to service excellence.
