REED Business Support in Bath is looking for a Law Graduate or equivalent level to work in a beautiful office in Bath. Supporting the main partner and team this role offers a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to develop their legal skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Part-time offered 24 hours per week (flexibility here)£24,000 - £27,000 (depending on experience) 

Day-to-day of the role:•    Assisting the main partner with all administrative duties including answering busy ‘phones, taking comprehensive messages and passing on•    Gathering, scanning and organising documents •    Attending client meetings to take notes and provide support•    Managing correspondence with clients and other legal professionals•    Maintaining and organising case files to ensure information is kept confidential and accessible•    Staying updated with changes in legal regulations and assisting the team in compliance matters

Required Skills & Qualifications:•    Law degree or equivalent•    Strong understanding of legal terminology and principles•    Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills•    Proficient in MS Office •    Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines•    Strong organisational skills and attention to detail•    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
