Do you have a background in working within Legal Administration? Would you like to work within a legal assistant role in a leading law firm in Bath?

Juice is delighted to be supporting a Bath-firm in their search for a new team member.

This role is situated within a small and established team who take pride in delivering a good standard of work within timescales.

This is a fast- paced role working to support one fee earner.

DAY TO DAY:

Managing an administrative workload under the guidance of fee earners

Undertaking admin tasks as delegated by team members including some audio dictation

Admin tasks to include setting up files, dealing with new queries, producing documents, electronic filing and email management, creating electronic bundles

Diary management for a fee earner, dealing with post, booking training, booking barristers

Drafting documents and bills, using appropriate precedents

Undertaking basic legal processes eg helping to process cases through portals, requesting relevant information

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

Previous experience of working within a legal setting, if not an ability to demonstrate interest & commitment in this sector

Excellent administrative skills and a strong command of MS Office

Very strong written communication skills

An ability to develop good relationships
