Are you flexible, proactive, and possess a can-do attitude?Juice is delighted to be supporting a reputable professional services company based in Bath in their search for a Client Service Administrator.In this role, you will provide support to the Corporate Financial Planners and the wider Employee Benefits Team, assisting with administrative duties, liaising with providers, and delivering excellent service to clients.This is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your commercial career by joining an organisation that offers long-term development.DAY TO DAY:

  • Act as the first point of contact for all incoming calls and emails to the team.
  • Deliver excellent service to clients and respond to queries via email and phone.
  • Keep clients updated on their schemes.
  • Ensure CRM records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Request data from providers as needed.
  • Prepare reports for Financial Planners.
  • Process new business applications on third-party platforms.
  • Handle general office administrative duties, including filing, scanning, and sorting post.

WE'D LOVE TO SEE:

  • Strong experience with MS Office products.
  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs (grades A-C), including Maths and English.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail.
  • A flexible, proactive approach.
  • Experience as an administrator or a strong desire to work in financial services.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable to change.
  • Proven ability to produce accurate and timely information.
