Marketing Administrator

Your new companyYour new roleAs a vital member of our team, you will report directly to the Director and immerse yourself in various aspects of our business. This full-time role offers the flexibility of working from home one day a week and requires a proactive, hands-on approach. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Keep our website up-to-date with the latest event information.
• Be able to handle basic financial responsibilities
• Collaborate with media outlets to promote events held at the site.
• Organise meetings and ensure smooth communication.
• You'll be coordinating with an Executive Assistant on site, however you'll be working independently.
• Enhance our social media presence by managing engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, including writing posts and using relevant content.
• Ensure brochures and event flyers are available for local hotels, utilising pre-written content and images.
• Handle phone calls and manage the Director's inbox.

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong skills in website management
• Good knowledge of social media marketing.
• Excellent communication abilities for media liaison and marketing material creation.
• Organisational prowess to efficiently manage PA duties.
• A driver's licence due to remote location.
• Be based locally to Bath, Trowbridge or Bradford-on-avon.What you'll get in return
