- Qualified in a relevant Engineering / Manufacturing Degree with time served as a Manager.
- Previous experience working as a Manufacturing, Production, Operations or similar Manager title within manufacturing.
- Understanding of various manufacturing processes.
- Capable of leading a team within a manufacturing environment.
- Can communicate with other members of staff and other members of management.
- Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement - beneficial
- Experience within assembly manufacturing industry - Advantageous.
- Overseeing the responsibilities for Manufacturing, Planning and other areas.
- Drive an attitude of continuous improvement activities within the business.
- Lead the manufacturing team and oversee any development and training.
- Liaising with other departments to ensure KPI’s are met.
