Ideal candidate(s)
We are looking for a management couple or a talented single manager with recent experience of developing and improving a food-led inn with rooms who can demonstrate recent and real business progression in the industry.Ideal candidates,
will:
have a minimum of 2 years running your own UK food-led business ideally with rooms during which time you can demonstrate significant business growth
live or be intending to live in or around Bath
be a people person, able to build loyal teams and forge excellent customer relationships
have the highest standards of customer service backed up by excellent customer reviews (research will be undertaken)
be entrepreneurial by nature
hold all necessary licenses
may:
(if part of a couple) be a chef
have rooms experience
