Our client is looking for an experienced Administrator to work in a small team.
Part – time hours (3 hours per day, 5 days a week)Â
Salary - £25,516 pro rata Â
Day-to-day of the role:
•   Showroom Management: Ensure the showroom is beautifully presented, organised, and up-to-date with the latest products and trends.•   Sample Co-ordination: Manage, pick, and pack product samples, ensuring they are delivered timely to consumers and retailers.•   Data Management: Update Excel documents and Google Spreadsheets to keep track of samples.•   Customer Interaction: Welcome customers and guide them through the showroom, providing an excellent customer experience.•   Proofreading: Ensure accuracy in artworks and publication texts, such as our trade catalogue.•   Office Supply Management: Manage the reorder of office supplies to ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
•   Well-organised with a strong attention to detail.•   Enthusiastic and hands-on approach to tasks.•   Strong customer focus with excellent communication skills.•   Previous experience in Administration is essential.
