Have you worked in Operations, Office Management or HR?Juice is delighted to be recruiting a brand new Business Support Manager for a dynamic and evolving consultancy.This role offers lots of variety and opportunity to grow within the role.The key focus of the role is to provide support to the board, manage confidential matters, execute HR administration and oversee office facilities.DAY TO DAY:Diary management, board packs, Exec reports, filing minutes and reportsProject managing governance and support for internal initiatives, researching suppliers, investigating processSupporting the Head of Operations in delivering key projects to the businessAssisting with and researching CRM software, maintaining files in Share PointAdministering and overseeing HR files to include issuing contracts, arranging inductions including equipmentMaintaining HR records, working with an external HR consultant where neededManaging 3rd party contracts to include licences, supplier contracts, leases etc, managing renewals, costsResearching venues and co-ordinating company events, business updatesActing as a point of contact for all facilities requirements & managing suppliesWE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:A background of working in a similar role within an SME environmentTech start up / software industry backgroundExcellent MS Office skillsAn ability to adapt and offer versatilityDiscretion and confidentialityAND FOR YOU:25 days holidayCentral Bath locationCompany events / social eventsFundraising days / charitable contributionWell being supportHybrid once trained
