Juice is thrilled to be recruiting a role situated within a Central Bath head office function.

This is a varied and fast paced role involving lots of customer services internally and externally. You’ll work within part of a wider operational recruitment team and will play a key role in ensuring the office runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis.

Meeting and greeting guests, receiving deliveries and notifying & co-ordinating receipts

Providing great customer service to all visitors, providing refreshments, directing them to the contact within the business

Managing the visitors sign in and sign out process, making sure communal areas are presentable

Overseeing the booking of meeting rooms, ensuring rooms ahead of meetings

Occasional travel bookings, supporting the EA and Business Manager with ad-hoc admin duties where required

Ordering office supplies, liaising with suppliers of facilities / equipment, ensuring compliance at a basic level re fire alarms etc

Conducting basic safety audits via walk arounds

Managing facilities in-box, arranging facilities duties, acting as first point of contact with landlord
