Day to DayAs a Maintenance Administrator, you will be a key player in ensuring smooth operations within a property management company in Bath. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling maintenance requests and coordinating repairs with contractors and tenants.
- Scheduling and tracking property inspections and compliance checks.
- Maintaining and updating property records, databases, and documentation.
- Communicating with landlords, tenants, and contractors to resolve maintenance issues promptly.
- Assisting with general administrative duties, including invoicing, purchase orders, and monitoring budgets.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about excellent customer service. Ideally, you’ll bring:
- Previous experience in property management, maintenance coordination, or a similar role but our client is open to backgrounds.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (or the ability to learn quickly).
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Happy with a lot of telephone based communication
