Day to Day

As a Maintenance Administrator, you will be a key player in ensuring smooth operations within a property management company in Bath. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling maintenance requests and coordinating repairs with contractors and tenants.
  • Scheduling and tracking property inspections and compliance checks.
  • Maintaining and updating property records, databases, and documentation.
  • Communicating with landlords, tenants, and contractors to resolve maintenance issues promptly.
  • Assisting with general administrative duties, including invoicing, purchase orders, and monitoring budgets.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
