Are you an organised and proactive administrator?Do you have an interest in the property industry?Juice is looking for an Office Administrator to join a small but dynamic team specializing in property development. If you are organized, enjoy supporting day-to-day operations, and have an interest in the property sector, we would love to hear from you!Day to Day:

• Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional communication with clients• Organize and maintain project files, supporting the transition to a paperless office by ensuring all information is correctly stored and easily accessible• Keep internal CRM System up to date and correct as projects develop• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure all compliance is recorded• Assist with preparing proposals, monitoring deadlines, and ensuring compliance with money laundering regulations• While full training will be provided, you'll assist with data entry and gathering documentsWe Would Love to See:

• Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally with some exposure to the construction or property industry• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure accurate filing of document• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with clients and team members effectively• Proficiency with IT systems, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and general internet research• Ability to work both independently and as part of a small, collaborative team• Attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward keeping information in a tidy and logical format• Willingness to learn new skills, especially related to VAT and tax complianceAnd For You:
