We are excited to be recruiting for an award-winning company based in the heart of Bath who are currently looking for an Office and Facilities Coordinator to join their team.

In this role, you will be first point of contact for visitors, providing a welcoming and positive experience. This role is crucial in the smooth daily running of the office. The successful candidate will need to have experience within a similar people-facing role with knowledge of managing office facilities.

Daily duties to include:

  • Overseeing guests and signing them in correctly
  • Dealing with deliveries and post, both inbound and outbound
  • Ensuring the reception area and meeting rooms are presentable at all times
  • Assisting with coordinating larger meetings and events, both onsite and offsite
  • Liaising with catering managers for larger meetings as needed
  • Coordinating with the EA and Business Manager to handle travel bookings
  • Managing and ordering office supplies
  • Tracking all facilities-related tasks from inception to completion
  • Maintaining up to date service documentation with the FM company and contractors
  • Managing the facilities mailbox and responding to all facilities issues
  • Liaising with a range of internal teams and departments regarding facilities

Required skills and experience:

  • Experience within a similar role is essential
  • Experience of managing office facilities and organising meetings/events
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
