Your new role
Your key responsibilities will be to function as the pillar of the office, ensuring all roaming team members have someone to rely on for administrative support. Encompassing duties will include:
- Delivering comprehensive administrative support to the team and directors, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Managing and directing incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, to the appropriate parties.
- Maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment, ensuring it is always presentable and professional.
- Overseeing and executing various ad hoc administrative tasks, providing flexible and responsive support as needed
What you'll need to succeed
- Act as a reliable point of contact for team members, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Demonstrate exceptional organisational skills, enabling the smooth coordination of tasks and projects.
- Exhibit good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Providing proactive support in managing schedules, meetings, and appointments.
- Facilitate communication within the team and with external partners
