The Role:
As an Account Director, you will work closely with clients, influencers, content creators, and internal teams to deliver exceptional results. Your expertise in key social platforms such asMetaandTikTokwill be essential in this position. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing strategic account planning, identifying revenue opportunities, and ensuring the successful delivery of campaigns within time and budget.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading client relationships and acting as a senior contact for social and influencer accounts.
- Driving strategic account planning and identifying growth opportunities.
- Overseeing the entire campaign process, from concept development to final delivery.
- Managing budgets, forecasts, and reporting to ensure commercial health.
- Leading a team, fostering a culture of learning, and collaborating across departments.
- Proven experience in social and influencer marketing, including content creators and platform management (Meta, TikTok).
- Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and deliver results.
- Excellent strategic planning, financial management, and project delivery skills.
