We are seeking an Administrative Co-ordinator to join a dynamic team in Bath. This position offers a challenging yet rewarding opportunity.

100% office based  

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

o    Manage publicity and advertisements for studentships.o    Serve as the first point of contact for all enquiries.o    Handle all applications and maintain a database.o    Organise interviews and open days, ensuring smooth coordination with staff and applicants.o    Prepare and distribute induction packs and maintain a meticulous filing system.o    Organise board meetings, issue agendas and manage follow-ups.o    Co-ordinate strategic advisory board meetings and maintain up-to-date statistics for reports.o    Plan and co-ordinate events such as conferences and networking sessions.o    Manage logistics for events, ensuring adherence to budgets and processing expenses.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

•    Degree level education or equivalent with substantial experience in a similar role.•    Experience in a higher education environment, preferably connected with postgraduate students.•    Proficient in Microsoft Office, Agresso, SAMIS and Business Objects.•    Excellent organisational, administrative and diary management skills.•    Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain good working relationships with various stakeholders.•    Capacity for autonomous work as well as teamwork.
