Reed Business Support in Bath is delighted to be working in conjunction with a reputable business in their search for a highly organised and proactive Administrator to support the Directors and manage various administrative duties.
Temporary until 28th February 2025 – could go permanent! Asap startMonday to Friday – 36.5 hoursHybrid£16.00 per hour
Typical daily duties include:
•   Manage diaries for the Directors, including travel arrangements•   Serve as the first point of contact for all queries and requests •   Co-ordinate administrative tasks, such as arranging meetings, collating information, and preparing reports•   Maintain up-to-date statistics and information for reports and proposals•   Arrange and support meetings with various partners•   Provide administrative support to various committees, issuing minutes and following up on actions•   Assist in the management of events•   Work with the Communications & Engagement Co-ordinator to update marketing materials and contact lists•   Handle publicity and advertisements •   Act as the first point of contact for all enquiries•   Co-ordinate the receipt and distribution of applications
Required Skills & Qualifications:
•   Proven experience in administrative roles•   Strong organisational and multitasking skills•   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.•   Proficiency in database management software
