This role is crucial for managing a caseload of complaints from receipt to resolution, ensuring a systematic and customer-focused approach to handling feedback and complaints. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining high standards of care and service.

Typical daily duties include:
•   Manage a caseload of complaints, ensuring timely acknowledgment and resolution in accordance with local policies.•   Review complaints and feedback, escalating issues as necessary to ensure appropriate handling.•   Maintain effective communication with Directors, departmental managers and staff to ensure a consistent approach to complaints management.•   Initiate investigations in conjunction with designated staff and maintain detailed electronic records of complaints and feedback.•   Draft complaint responses for approval by senior management and ensure learnings from complaints are shared across relevant departments.•   Liaise with legal services for potential and confirmed claims and notify all stakeholders involved.•   Support the completion of reports for internal and external stakeholders and facilitate meetings with complainants, ensuring all necessary information is available.•   Undertake other duties as required, including responsibilities related to safeguarding, health and safety, and compliance.
Ideally you will:
•   Have previous experience in complaint handling or customer service.•   Be educated to A-level, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.•   Be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.•   Have the ability to use initiative to resolve problems and a proactive approach to work.•   Have high attention to detail and accuracy in work.•   Be of a professional manner when dealing with people.•   Have the ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.•   Possess the ability to work well under pressure and manage conflicting deadlines.
