As a Cover Primary Teacher with Academics Ltd, you'll need to be:
- Creative, open-minded, and positive, adapting your teaching strategies to each school's context.
- Proficient in behaviour management, building strong relationships with children.
- Excellent in communication, collaborating effectively with TAs and staff members.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Clean Enhanced DBS
- Proficiency in EYFS, KS1, and KS2 Curriculum
- Exceptional behaviour and classroom management skills
- Open-minded and approachable, employing creative and engaging teaching methods
