About the Role:
Academics Ltd. is seeking flexible and enthusiastic Supply Primary Teachers to work with various primary schools in Bath on an ongoing basis. This role is perfect for an adaptable educator who thrives in different classroom environments and is available for early morning calls for same-day placements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons across different year groups, following the national curriculum.
* Quickly adapt to new classroom settings and build positive relationships with students.
* Manage classroom behaviour to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
* Mark and assess students' work when required, providing constructive feedback.
* Collaborate with school staff to support student learning and well-being.
* Maintain a professional and flexible approach to accommodate the needs of different schools and students.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
* Experience teaching in a primary school setting is highly desirable.
* Strong understanding of the primary national curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
* Excellent classroom management skills with the ability to engage and motivate students.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport.
* A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching, with availability for early morning calls for same-day assignments.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
