Quick Staff UK is pleased to be recruiting a Senior Product Coordinator for a market-leading business based in the Bath area. On their behalf, we are seeking a Senior Product Co-ordinator to join their team in a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run production reports to review stock levels and instigate reorder processing to maintain stock levels.
  • To oversee any orders to ensure stock is available in accordance to requirements.
  • Liaise with product planner to continually review products taking into account product life, season and average monthly sales.
  • Produce and distribute weekly and monthly reports.
  • To raise purchase orders as and when required.
  • Monitor sales and suggest requirements to meet delivery demands.
  • Run forward order report to make sure stock available to satisfy delivery demands.
  • Produce and circulate stock "availability" reports as required.
  • Help set up and make sure product launch requirements are met
  • Liaise with colleagues to make sure product available to meet launch/delivery deadlines
  • Extrapolate sales and plan economic production schedules to meet customer and company objectives.
  • Communicate and monitor all aspects of project ensuring delivery on time.
  • Keep a record of all "national" orders with received and delivery dates
  • Create and input new requirements on the Management Information System as and when required.
  • Ability to work closely with all other production staff to allow efficient and cost effective processing of all purchase orders.
  • To make sure all delivery dates for product are accurate on request.
  • To liaise with appropriate shipping agents and Far-East suppliers to ensure goods are delivered in to the UK in a timely way and at best price to meet with company requirements and expectations

Key Requirements:

  • Ability to demonstrate experience in "direct" procurement, gained in an FMCG environment
  • Experience of delivering savings/value from existing suppliers and contracts
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, ideally gained in a complex multi-divisional environment with ability to demonstrate strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication skills
