We are looking for a talented Product Owner to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. Based in Bath, with the flexibility of working 2-3 days on-site each week, you will take ownership of critical product projects, ensuring they align with business goals and deliver value to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and prioritise the product backlog.
- Drive the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business needs and timelines.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, acting as the bridge between technical teams and business units.
- Define and communicate clear goals, ensuring alignment across all parties involved.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement strategies to overcome challenges.
About You
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within IT or software delivery.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to solve problems and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience in wealth management or financial services is advantageous but not essential.
