Your Role as an Area Manager:
�? Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor new team members. Conduct monthly 1-2-1s, performance reviews, and appraisals.?? Portfolio Performance: Oversee lettings and asset management, review KPIs, and ensure top-tier service delivery.?? Business Development: Proactively generate and convert new landlord and investor leads while maintaining strong relationships.?? Marketing & Compliance: Manage property advertising, compliance reports, and marketing events.?? Operational Excellence: Oversee office compliance, maintenance, fleet management, and branch performance.?? Reporting & Auditing: Deliver weekly lettings reports, run compliance audits, and review monthly profit & loss reports.

�? Proven Experience in Lettings & Leadership - Essential for this role.?? Exceptional Communication & Organisational Skills - Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.??
