A Behaviour Mentor is needed in a Mixed Secondary School in Bath. This full-time role offers a fantastic opportunity to support students and help them achieve their best.
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work within the Study Support Centre, assisting pupils in improving their engagement and behaviour. Responsibilities include:
- Planning and delivering small group activities/interventions.
- Monitoring pupil progress within the Study Support Centre.
- Collaborating with TAs and the wider Support Team.
