Job Description:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the quantity surveying function for major construction projects up to 60m
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for projects.
- Monitor and control project costs to ensure they stay within budget.
- Provide expert advice on contractual matters.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and oversee a team of surveyors
