Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. Reporting to our Bath office, you’ll deliver both Pre and Post Contract services for projects in both private and public sectors. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work on engaging projects with the freedom to operate remotely, while still benefiting from a structured and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive quantity surveying services, including cost planning, procurement advice, and contract administration.
  • Prepare tender documentation, assess contractor submissions, and provide procurement strategies.
  • Manage post-contract duties such as valuations, cost reporting, and final account settlement.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Ensure compliance with RICS standards and best practices throughout all project stages.
  • Support business development initiatives by fostering strong client relationships.
