As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a critical role in the business, liaising between landlords, tenants, and internal teams to ensure successful outcomes for all parties involved.

YOUR DAY TO DAY:

  • Conduct property viewings for potential tenants.
  • Answer phones and customer questions
  • Handle negotiations from offer to contract to secure the best deals for clients.
  • Provide clients with regular feedback and reporting to keep them updated.
  • Manage property listings and marketing, including drafting property brochures.
  • Carry out property valuations and respond to property enquiries.
  • Support the team with office administration and ad-hoc requests from senior management.

  • A clean driving license.
  • Ideally previous experience in lettings or property.
  • A team player who communicates effectively across departments.
  • A courteous, polite, and helpful attitude towards clients and colleagues.
  • Confidence engaging with clients at every level.
