Lettings Negotiator Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct accompanied viewings to present rental properties to prospective tenants.
- Negotiate tenancy agreements and terms to achieve the best outcomes for all involved parties
- Provide landlords with insightful feedback to support informed decision-making
- Oversee end-of-tenancy checks and manage deposit settlements
- Collect necessary tenant documentation for referencing purposes
Lettings Negotiator Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues
- Confident, team-oriented individual with a collaborative work style
- Passionate interest in the property industry
- Valid U.K. driving licence with access to a personal vehicle
Lettings Negotiator Package and Benefits:
- Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per year, OTE £28,000
