Bath • Lettings Negotiator • 22k - 24k Basic • 30k OTE • Independent Agency •Strong Independent estate agency requires a Lettings Negotiator to operate in Bath supporting the market share growth for this leading brand. With your previous customer service experience you will relish the the opportunity to spend as much time with your tenants and clients as possible. As the Lettings Negotiatoryou will already possess the ability to learn quickly and be comfortable in all scenarios. Combining your ability to build rapport quickly with clients and to present to very high standards, you will bring further success and added value to our client's sales portfolio. Responsibilities for this Lettings Negotiator will include:

Deliver high levels of customer service
Drive and arrange residential valuations
Stay aware of the market conditions to remain effective in the local market
Ensuring close client contact and offering professional advice at all times
