Location: BathSalary: £65,000 - £90,000 base + bonus
Our client, a highly regarded and forward-thinking law firm, is looking for an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer to join their growing team in Bath. In this role, you'll take ownership of a varied caseload, working across sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity. You'll play a key part in the client journey while also developing relationships with valued referrers and stakeholders.
What you'll be doing:

Handling a full conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion

Drafting contracts, raising and answering enquiries, and managing exchanges and completions

Conducting due diligence including ID checks and source of funds

Liaising with clients, lenders, agents, and solicitors

Managing both new-build and second-hand property matters

Residential conveyancing experience with full responsibility for your caseload
