Juice is thrilled to be supporting an independent letting agency based in Bath, in their search for a Property Coordinator to join their friendly and supportive team on a 12 month fixed term.

You would be joining a small and established team where you will be responsible for overseeing maintenance and a range of administrative duties to support the overall management of the portfolio.

DAY TO DAY:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for all customer enquiries delivering a high level of customer service
  • Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors
  • Preparing tenancy agreements and coordinating inventory checks
  • Arranging move-in and move-out dates
  • Reviewing maintenance works and organising third-party contractors/escalating when required
  • Conducting frequent property visits
  • Ensuring all compliance and health and safety policies are adhered to
  • Uploading up-to-date documentation
  • Building strong relationships with contractors to ensure all processes run smoothly
  • Supporting with general administration duties

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

  • Previous administration/office experience is desirable
  • Experience dealing with customer complaints working in a customer-focused environment
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks ensuring that they are executed to a high standard
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fantastic attention to detail with great organisation and time management skills
  • A driving license is required for this position

AND FOR YOU:

  • 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays: 9am to 5:30pm
  • Great training and ongoing support
