Property Manager

Role Overview: As a Property Manager, you will manage a portfolio of properties, acting as the main point of contact for both tenants and landlords. Your responsibilities will include instructing maintenance repairs, handling compliance, and ensuring all properties meet the necessary standards. This role is perfect for someone with at least one year of experience in property management, looking to take the next step in their career. The position will also have an optional hybrid working optional up to two days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for tenants and landlords within your portfolio.
- Respond to incoming reactive maintenance calls.
- Coordinate with contractors to arrange and oversee maintenance works.
- Ensure all property compliance certificates are up to date, and coordinate renewals as necessary.
- Raise invoices for completed contractor works.
- Conduct quarterly property visits.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of experience in property management or lettings.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize workload effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Valid driver’s license.
