Juice is delighted to be supporting a leading property management company based in Bath in their search for a Property Administrator to join their growing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of a portfolio. This includes liaising with multiple stakeholders, managing repairs, rent collection, assisting with the onboarding of new properties, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

We welcome applications from individuals with varying levels of experience. The key to success in this role is a positive, proactive approach and a genuine passion for the property industry.

DAY TO DAY:

  • Assist in the administration of the portfolio of properties.
  • Assist with issuing standard letters.
  • Contact tenants, agents, solicitors, and surveyors by phone and email.
  • To support with obtaining valuations.
  • To report maintenance and liaise with contractors to obtain quotes and ensure they have access to properties.
  • Be a point of contact for tenants and provide a high standard of service.
  • Ensure the database is updated to ensure accurate recording.

  • A strong telephone manner and experience in a customer-focused role.

  • Good time-management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
