Juice is excited to be supporting an established Financial Services company based in Bath, in their search for a Part-Time Receptionist.

As the first point of contact, you’ll play a vital role in representing the company. You will manage day-to-day staff queries, greet visitors, and handle telephone enquiries with a professional and warm demeanour. This is a fast-paced role, ideal for someone who excels at multitasking and thrives in a dynamic environment.

DAY TO DAY:

  • Be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, ensuring a welcoming experience.
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them efficiently.
  • Oversee the opening and distribution of post, and handle deliveries.
  • Prepare meeting rooms and ensure they are client-ready.
  • Book travel and accommodation for staff as needed.
  • Maintain and order office stationery and supplies.
  • Provide general administrative support.

  • Personable, approachable, and committed to providing excellent service.
  • Highly organised with strong planning skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with general administrative tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

AND FOR YOU:

  • £22,000 - £25,000 FTE.
