Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a well-established business in central Bath as they recruit a Reception & Administration Assistant to join their team.

You will be joining a reputable professional services business known for its expertise and collaborative, supportive work environment. No two days will be the same in this dynamic role.

We are looking for a proactive and organised individual with previous reception or administration experience in an office-based setting, ideally within professional services. You will be the first point of contact for the business, responsible for managing incoming calls, meeting and greeting clients, and providing administrative support.

DAY TO DAY:

  • Answering all incoming telephone calls and handling enquiries professionally.
  • Managing front-of-house duties, including welcoming clients and visitors.
  • Office calendar and diary management.
  • Arranging refreshments and catering for client meetings.
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
  • Managing office supply orders and ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Maintaining client data and records with accuracy.
  • Assisting with staff welfare and team-building activities, including ordering supplies and organising catering.

ABOUT YOU:

  • Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Previous reception and administration experience is essential.

WHAT’S ON OFFER:
