Assistant Manager required for a high-end luxury independent owned country house hotel based on the outskirts of Bath.

This well-known and established business is seeking a manager to assistant in all areas of F&B, with a strong focus to the restaurant.

The hotel is renowned for their restaurant and bar, showcasing a high-end casual dining concept.

The manager will work closely with the F&B Manager and Restaurant manager to ensure exceptional levels of service are maintained throughout the F&B department.

The role will focus on managing the team, providing training and support.
