GENERAL RESTAURANT MANAGER - IS THIS YOU?
- Experience as a general restaurant manager/deputy in a branded high street business - high volume and fast paced
- Passion for high quality food and drink & exceptional customer service
- A hands-on lead from the front approach and a real eye for detail
- A strong people manager with the ability to recruit, lead, coach, train & motivate a team to deliver results
- Financially and commercially astute with the ability to manage a P & L, costs, budgets, wastage and labour
- Sales building
GENERAL RESTAURANT MANAGER - YOU WILL:
- Manage all day to day operations, including people, stocks & finances - the P & L
- Recruit, train, lead, coach, motivate and develop your team
- Work in a hands-on capacity leading from the front
- Maintain high standards of customer service
- Ensure all compliance and company systems & procedures are adhered to
- Drive sales to maximise profitability
