We are delighted to be supporting a well-regarded charity in their search for a Retail Assistant Manager to join their retail operations team.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your retail management skills while contributing to a cause that makes a real difference in the community.
This is a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate.
DAY TO DAY:
- Supporting the Retail Manager in ensuring the convenience shop provides excellent service and meets performance goals.
- Motivating and managing a team of staff and volunteers to create a welcoming, professional environment.
- Overseeing stock management, purchasing, and ensuring high-quality merchandise.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Monitoring performance indicators and assisting in operational improvements.
- Using technology to track sales, analyse data, and identify trends.
- Promoting retail operations through social media and other communication channels.
- Taking the lead in the Retail Manager's absence, handling day-to-day operations.
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
- Experience in retail management or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and operational skills with a focus on detail.

- Confidence with technology to manage sales records and stock systems.

WORKING PATTERN:
Weekdays with adhoc weekend shift but predominantly monday - Friday.
