Salary:£45,000-£55,000 per annum

We are partnering with a prestigious packaging design agency, searching for an exceptional Account Director.

What you will be doing

You will be the primary point of contact for a major FMCG client.

Manage and nurture client relationships, acting as the main liaison between the client and the agency.

Lead and inspire a team of account managers and designers to deliver exceptional packaging design projects.

Develop and implement strategic plans to meet client objectives and drive business growth.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Monitor project progress, providing regular updates and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

Maintain a thorough understanding of the clients business, market, and industry trends.

The experience you will need

Strong background in managing FMCG accounts, with a track record of successfully delivering packaging design projects.

Proven experience as an Account Director within a design or creative agency, established Senior Account Managers ready for a step up will also be considered.
