Robert Half Finance & Accounting are currently recruiting for an Interim Finance Assistant to join a business based in Bath for a period of 2-3 months.
Role: Finance Assistant
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 (Hourly rate equivalent) DOE & Qualifications
Duration: 2 -3 Months
Start date: ASAP
Working pattern: Office based - Three or four days a week
The role involves:
- Maintaining the purchase ledger
- Maintaining the sales ledger
- Reconciliations
- Handling petty cash
- Assisting with month end tasks
- Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc tasks
Skills/experience needed:
- Ideally studying/studied AAT
- Computer literate
- High attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and confidence to "get stuck in"
- Previous experience in a similar role looking after transactions - Sales ledger & Purchase ledger
