We are seeking a Temporary Finance Assistant to join their team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work with a forward-thinking company and develop your finance skills further.Responsibilities of the Finance Assistant include:
  • Raising invoices for various projects.
  • Preparation of month-end accruals and prepayments.
  • Reporting on overheads spend versus budget and forecast.
  • Responsible for issuing Work in Progress (WIP) balances to Project Directors.
  • Work closely with the Project Operations team to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Perform other tasks to support the team and wider finance function as needed.
The successful Finance Assistant will require the following skills and experience:
  • Ideally AAT Level 2 qualified or equivalent finance qualification.
  • Previous experience in a finance assistant or similar role.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial software.
