- Raising invoices for various projects.
- Preparation of month-end accruals and prepayments.
- Reporting on overheads spend versus budget and forecast.
- Responsible for issuing Work in Progress (WIP) balances to Project Directors.
- Work closely with the Project Operations team to complete tasks efficiently.
- Perform other tasks to support the team and wider finance function as needed.
- Ideally AAT Level 2 qualified or equivalent finance qualification.
- Previous experience in a finance assistant or similar role.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial software.
