Your new companyA well known organisation in Bath are seeking a Part Time Finance Assistant (22 hours per week) to join their growing finance team.Your new roleDuties will include:? Raising sales invoices, as directed by the Commercial Manager ? Ensuring sales invoices are paid in a timely manner ? Reconciliation of monthly bank statements ? Monthly reconciliation of intercompany accounts ? Posting journal entries/ recharges ? Allocating credit card purchases ? Allocating payments received ? Raising ad hoc bank payments ? Producing quarterly rent invoices ? Process purchase invoices - matching to purchase orders and attaching correct documentation ? Produce monthly budget reports ? Administer fortnightly payment runs ? Process staff expense claims, ensuring these have the correct sign off ? Reconcile supplier statements and liaise with suppliers ? Investigate purchase ledger queries ? Setting up new suppliers, including checks ?
