You will play a key role in inspiring thenext generation of scientists, doctors, and environmentally consciousindividuals.Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality biology lessons that cater to the diverse needs of all students.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance student learning.
- Prepare students for internal and external assessments, including GCSEs and A-levels.
- Participate in curriculum development and extracurricular activities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and continuously improve teaching standards.
Requirements:
- A degree in Biology or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching biology at the secondary level.
- Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
