We are seeking a dedicated and passionate secondary teachers to join Zen Educate. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment that encourages student engagement and academic success. The successful applicant will play a vital role in ensuring that students get the same level of education, regardless of who may be delivering the lessons.

Responsibilities
- Deliver lesson plans provided.
- Educate students in various subjects and be open to teaching anything the school may need.
- Mentor and support students, providing guidance on academic and personal development.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to foster a collaborative educational environment.
- Provide tutoring assistance as needed, helping students who require additional support in their studies.
- Maintain an inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes respect and understanding among all students.

Qualifications
- A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE or equivalent).
- Experience working with children, particularly in a secondary school setting.
- Knowledge of special education practices and strategies for supporting diverse learners.
- Strong mentoring skills with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with students and parents alike.
- A creative approach to lesson planning that incorporates innovative teaching methods.
