Secondary Teachers

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate secondary teachers to join Zen Educate. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment that encourages student engagement and academic success. This role requires creativity, adaptability, and the ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds, including those with special educational needs. The successful applicant will play a vital role in ensuring that students get the same level of education, regardless of who may be delivering the lessons.

Responsibilities
- Deliver lesson plans provided.
- Educate students in various subjects and be open to teaching anything the school may need.
- Mentor and support students, providing guidance on academic and personal development.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to foster a collaborative educational environment.
- Provide tutoring assistance as needed, helping students who require additional support in their studies.
- Maintain an inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes respect and understanding among all students.

Qualifications
- A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE or equivalent).
- Experience working with children, particularly in a secondary school setting.
- Knowledge of special education practices and strategies for supporting diverse learners.
- Strong mentoring skills with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with students and parents alike.
- A creative approach to lesson planning that incorporates innovative teaching methods.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for education are essential qualities for this role.
