Deputy Manager position in a fun, fast paced and high-quality burger restaurant.
What you need:
To be a people leader: Develop, inspire and show them how its done! Manage the team and play to peoples strengths.
Customer service excellence: We treat every customer like they are mates who have come over for a BBQ. Drinks should always be full, food always the best, restaurant looking top notch, music on point and laughs always had!
Operational management: If its broken can you find the solution? Managing food wait times and customer expectations.
Performance monitoring and development: Able to have those tricky conversations, big people up, recognize the superstars and push them to their full potential.
Be ready to step up: Youll be working closely with a strong GM. Be ready to step into their shoes and run the show when they are on leave.
Get it done attitude: Service is fast and at times intense. If you are someone who thrives under pressure without losing your attention to detail and standards then we want you!!!!
