A leading marine technology company is seeking a Hardware Manager to lead their Transceivers Division's Hardware Development Team. This role is crucial in developing high-technology embedded electronics products for maritime surveillance, management, safety, and navigation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the hardware development team
- Define and execute hardware development strategy
- Collaborate with software and test teams to deliver high-performance products
- Drive best-practice hardware development processes
- Work with product management to meet customer needs
Requirements:
- 10+ years of electronics design experience
- 4+ years in a technical leadership position
- Experience in digital and analog circuit design, schematic capture, and multilayer PCB design
- Strong team leadership and management skills
- Experience with RF electronics, high-volume low-power consumer electronics, and embedded software (desirable)
