About the role - Your role is to ensure efficient management of paid staff, volunteers, stock and premises. Duties include maximizing sales through attractive shop display, working to agreed targets, ensuring health and safety regulation are met and to positively promote the shop to the public
Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience required -Ideally you will have leadership experience in a retail role and have a proactive customer focused approach
