P4 Recruitment is seeking a Specialist Drug & Alcohol Support Worker (female) with a full UK manual driving license, vehicle access, and business insurance. This role focuses on providing support to individuals experiencing complex needs related to substance misuse and domestic violence. Full training on domestic abuse support will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Refer clients experiencing substance misuse issues to DHI for treatment and support.

Complete needs and risk assessments, leading to the delivery of tailored support plans.

Provide comprehensive support, empowering clients to make positive changes.

Participate in an on-call, out-of-hours rota to ensure continuous support during critical times.

Requirements:

Female (This role is exempt under the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1).
Full UK manual driving license, access to a vehicle, and business insurance.
Experience working with individuals with complex needs (e.g., substance misuse, mental health).
Understanding of domestic violence and its impact on survivors and their children (desirable).
